Joseph moved to Manhattan Beach in 2014 and made El Porto home. For the past seven years, he has served on the Manhattan Beach Planning Commission—listening to residents, weighing difficult choices, and learning how decisions at City Hall shape everyday life.
His career in health policy, federal consulting, and strategic communications taught him to ask hard questions, build practical plans, and hold organizations accountable for results.
